Its workforce of more than 10,000 people across five regional divisions keeps technical systems in DB properties and maintenance depots running smoothly and handles cleaning work for buildings, trains, and stations. For the Erfurt location, the company is looking to hire a vehicle cleaner as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• You will take care of the cleaning, maintenance, and service work around and inside vehicles.
• Your daily duties include cleaning compartments, sanitary areas, and corridors, as well as refilling water tanks.
• By ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, you help create a comfortable experience for customers.
• Additional service tasks may include placing timetables and advertising materials, handling seat reservations, and carrying out minor repairs.
• Depending on the deployment location, you will be visible on site and available as a contact person for customers.

Your profile

Ideally, you already have some initial experience in cleaning or have completed training as a building cleaner or glass cleaner. You should also be familiar with quality checks for cleaning work and have experience using cleaning agents, cleaning equipment, vehicles, and machinery. If you do not yet have experience in this area, you can still join and receive proper onboarding.

The role requires willingness to work shifts, including late and night shifts, and a valid category B driving licence is mandatory.
