Position Overview

We seek a UX/UI Designer Apprentice to join our Web Design team. The role involves crafting innovative, functional web interfaces that transform business challenges into user-oriented solutions. Collaboration with multiple internal teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, visually coherent interfaces by transforming project objectives into well-structured designs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Employ a strategic mindset to build interfaces that fulfill both user needs and business goals, critically evaluating options to make well-aligned design decisions.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to client design systems and guidelines while adjusting design elements as necessary across platforms.
• Communicate design choices effectively, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and exhibit receptiveness to constructive feedback for project advancement.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership over assignments, manage workload independently, anticipate team needs, and contribute value proactively.

Required Profile and Skills

• Experience: Completion of at least one web design project, either conceptually or practical.
• Tools: Proficient in Figma including auto-layout, components, and variables; familiarity with other web or motion design tools is advantageous.
• UX/UI Design: Ability to create organized, logical interfaces tailored to project needs and explore innovative concepts ensuring optimal user experience.
• Project Management: Highly organized and efficient in managing time and multiple projects independently.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is valued.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, business insight, receptive to feedback, eagerness to learn continuously, and strong collaboration capabilities.
