Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile contract UX Designer to collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams. This role requires ownership of diverse design projects ranging from website UX, marketing assets, to high-quality product and conference presentations. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy toggling between UX design, marketing visuals, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for agent-facing workflows and tools, including UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns supporting demos and product features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to convert requirements into precise, actionable designs ensuring consistency across demos, internal tools, and agent platforms.
• Lead UX and visual design efforts for the company website, marketing materials such as landing pages, promotional content, and event support.
• Create executive and conference presentations including decks, signage, and demo visuals aligned with product messaging and brand identity.
• Own product demo UX and visual design, developing clear demo flows that effectively communicate product value and functionality.
• Partner across functions to maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, either contract or full-time.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX design, visual creativity, and experience across web, product, and presentation mediums.
• Proficiency with modern design software, preferably Figma.
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and adapt confidently to changing priorities.
• Experience incorporating both product and marketing design disciplines is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to present design rationales effectively to stakeholders.

Compensation

The typical pay range for this position is $75 to $100 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
