This full-time role requires 2 or more years of experience crafting visually compelling and user-focused interface designs for both web and mobile environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various platforms including web and mobile.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to identify user behaviors, needs, and challenges.
• Create detailed user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes to guide design strategies.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts effectively.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure precise implementation of designs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience focused on UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency with contemporary design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Evidence of skills through a compelling UI/UX design portfolio.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and a mobile-first mindset.
• Experience using prototyping tools and conducting user testing protocols.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
