Two Wheeler Technician

About the Role

This position involves working as a Two-Wheeler Service Technician specializing in Royal Enfield motorcycles at authorized dealer facilities. The technician will handle routine maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot faults, conduct repairs and overhauls, and maintain quality and safety standards as per company protocols.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing tasks such as engine oil changes, brake inspections, chain tightening, and filter replacements.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to detect electrical, fuel injection, and mechanical issues.
• Perform mechanical repairs including engine tuning, suspension rebuilds, clutch replacements, and electrical wiring repairs.
• Ensure compliance with service guidelines, maintain a tidy workspace, and conduct test rides to verify repair quality.
• Accurately update job cards and service records using the dealership management software system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess an ITI certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering disciplines.
• Have 1 to 3 years of practical experience repairing motorcycles, preferably multi-brand or heavy-displacement bikes, with a benefit for Royal Enfield-specific experience.
• Holding brand-specific technical training certifications such as Bronze, Silver, or Gold levels is considered advantageous.
