Job description
Job Overview
This is a full-time transporter role based in Athens, GA, scheduled from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Primary responsibilities include transporting patients within the hospital, delivering items to patient care areas, and maintaining transport equipment in good working order.
Key Duties
- Safely transport patients throughout hospital facilities under supervisor guidance.
- Deliver necessary objects and supplies to various patient care areas promptly.
- Ensure all transportation equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
- Support Public Safety personnel during patient restraints and standby situations.
Work Schedule
Evening shift work, Monday through Friday.
