Job Purpose

This position is focused on building the capability of internal and external sales teams through structured training, on-ground support, and ongoing knowledge enhancement. The role also contributes to business growth by helping resolve sales challenges, creating enablement content, and ensuring key performance indicators are achieved.

Key Result Areas

  • Plan and deliver training initiatives for internal employees, especially Relationship Officers, to strengthen product understanding, selling skills, and branch-level execution.
  • Work alongside team members at branches during client discussions and business conversion activities when required.
  • Respond to employee questions through phone and email support.
  • Support business performance by addressing sales-related challenges and enabling field teams with practical tools.
  • Create training and sales-enablement material such as one-pagers, presentations, calculators, product comparison sheets, and sales kits for stakeholders.
  • Develop learning content for internal employee training programs.
  • Design and manage the monthly training calendar for external teams after consulting relevant sales stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Execute the planned training schedule by travelling to assigned branches within the territory.
  • Maintain proper records of training sessions and customer conversations.
  • Continue professional development by completing certifications such as Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship, NCFM, and similar programs.
  • Attend external training programs to stay updated on developments in the financial sector.
  • Track and meet core KPIs, including 16 mandays and 6 sales calls.
  • Ensure all Relationship Officers remain active month-on-month in the assigned circle.
  • Keep assigned branches active on a month-on-month basis.
