Role Overview
This position is for a Learning Facilitation Professional / Training Instructor supporting a major U.S. healthcare organization. The role is fully remote, aligned to Eastern Time working hours, and focuses on improving employee learning through virtual and classroom-style instruction, interactive facilitation, and well-structured training programs.
The opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys guiding adult learners, presenting engaging sessions, and helping teams strengthen knowledge and performance across an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online and instructor-led learning sessions for employees throughout the organization.
- Organize, schedule, and deliver learning initiatives that support employee development and business outcomes.
- Build a participative training setting that improves engagement and knowledge retention.
- Choose and prepare training content that is aligned with organizational priorities.
- Monitor training completion and help ensure adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assess learner feedback and refine programs to improve effectiveness over time.
- Use digital learning resources and modern training approaches to strengthen the learning experience.
- Work with internal stakeholders to support organization-wide learning and development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or facilitation.
- Background in delivering both virtual and in-person/instructor-led training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and handle several priorities at once.
- Genuine interest in creating strong learning experiences and supporting others' growth.
- Preferred: master's degree.
- Preferred: familiarity with adult learning theory and curriculum development.
- Preferred: experience with training tools and learning technologies.
- Preferred: experience in project management or process management.
