• Assess candidates' experience and fit through a thorough screening process.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' business needs, IT strategies, and workplace cultures to effectively pair candidates' career objectives with hiring demands.
• Negotiate tailored compensation packages, including salary and benefits, to successfully attract and onboard talent for clients.

Candidate Profile
