Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and confident Trade Sales / Driver to join our Christchurch Branch team. This role involves active involvement on the road delivering products and supporting branch functions, ideal for plumbers, tradies, or individuals from trade backgrounds looking to remain connected to the industry while stepping away from manual tools. This opportunity offers excellent potential for professional growth within the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivering products to customer sites while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Operating at the trade counter to assist customers in obtaining necessary materials promptly.
• Helping out with various branch activities as required to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• A customer-focused approach whether in the branch or on delivery routes.
• Physically capable of handling moderate lifting tasks (up to 20 kilograms).
• A positive attitude paired with eagerness to learn and assist wherever needed.
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to contribute actively within the team.
• Hands-on team player with readiness to load trucks and interact with customers on-site.
• Trade knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position entailing 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Specific start and finish times will be finalized during the interview process.
