Role Overview

This position involves supporting project delivery through the design, development, and implementation of software tools. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather tool requirements and devise appropriate solutions, considering existing tools and licensing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with project teams or clients to gather and understand tool-related requirements.
• Design tool solutions factoring in current tools, required licenses, and project constraints.
• Estimate budgets and timelines associated with tool development and deployment.
• Coordinate with internal resources or third-party vendors to facilitate new tool development aligned with production schedules.
• Lead commercial negotiations with vendors concerning tool licenses or development services.
• Conduct thorough testing to guarantee error-free tool deployment.
• Ensure tools are delivered punctually and within financial estimates.

Performance Metrics

• Quality and suitability of tool development and deployment.
• Completion of tool projects within the planned budget and schedule.
• Error-free and timely implementation of tools.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience with Grafana AIOPS.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
