• Select suitable vendors based on material requirements and ensure timely requests for quotations.
• Guarantee availability of required materials aligned with project schedules.
• Implement, monitor, and review procurement best practices within the organization and in coordination with group companies to maximize synergy benefits.
• Lead vendor development initiatives including identifying items for development, completing vendor registration processes, and evaluating vendor performance.
• Finalize vendor selections through discussions with stakeholders to enhance competitiveness.
• Ensure payments to suppliers are made punctually following agreed terms to maintain supplier relations and compliance.
• Coordinate with teams for effective deployment and use of SAP MM Module within procurement functions.
