Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Time Capture Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities division within the Support Services Hub. This Brisbane-based position, located at our Milton office, offers potential flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine employee timesheets carefully to confirm they are accurate and complete.
  • Track timesheet submissions to ensure deadlines for payroll processing are met.
  • Investigate discrepancies including missing approvals or incorrect recorded hours and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with Site Coordinators, supervisors, and payroll teams for timely resolution of queries.
  • Assist payroll by preparing precise data inputs within Kronos software.
  • Handle all related requests via the ServiceNow platform efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Identify potential risks impacting payroll timelines and escalate these appropriately.
  • Support continuous enhancements in processes and optimization of systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or workforce time capture roles.
  • Solid knowledge of timesheet handling and payroll input procedures.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Kronos, WebTimes or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy of workforce data.
  • Strong communicator with ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Capability to manage work within strict deadlines and handle high volume workloads.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other workflow management tools is advantageous.
