About the Role
Amazon Infosolution is seeking a diligent and proactive Tender Executive to join their team in Patna, Bihar. The position demands at least one year of experience handling government tenders, with a strong familiarity with e-Procurement portals such as GeM, IREPS, and CPP Portal. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end tendering process to support government and PSU project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor government tenders through portals including GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, and other state e-Procurement platforms.
- Review tender documentation including eligibility, technical specifications, and commercial criteria.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary technical, commercial, financial, and compliance documents.
- Develop technical and commercial bids, compliance statements, BOQs, and required supporting materials.
- Track tender updates, notifications, pre-bid meetings, bid openings, and announcement of tender results.
- Maintain comprehensive records of bids and tender documentation for future use.
- Ensure company registrations, certificates, and statutory documents are up to date and renewed promptly for tender participation.
- Communicate effectively with government departments, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding tender queries.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business documents to support tendering and business development.
- Support the Business Development team in acquiring government projects and related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Practical experience with government e-Procurement portals including GeM, IREPS, and CPP Portal.
- Understanding of government tender procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel (including advanced data management), and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and proposals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in government tender management or related business development/procurement roles is preferred.
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience with tenders related to GPS tracking, AIS-140, Internet of Things (IoT), IT solutions, automation, railway projects, or smart city initiatives is advantageous.
