Job Overview
The Creative Producer at UNIQLO's Global Creative Lab in New York City plays a vital role in ensuring that creative campaigns are carried out flawlessly, adhering to schedules and budgets. This position seeks an organized communicator with in-depth knowledge of fashion and design, capable of identifying and recommending top-tier creative talent such as photographers, videographers, and casting directors for campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production, and Job Wrap related to creative deliverables.
- Manage on-set production tasks including preparing call sheets, organizing shoot flow and shot lists, and ensuring product accuracy through cross-checking with partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external partners to advance projects from concept through final delivery.
- Support vendor management activities such as contracts, billing, and onboarding new vendors.
- Supervise post-production processes including retouching and motion graphics.
- Maintain oversight of shoot budgets and track expenditures.
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of samples for shoots.
- Ensure clear communication among project managers, creatives, and project management teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Create and manage style sheets as required.
- Provide assistance to the Executive Producer on various projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Fashion, Film/Media Studies, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of production experience, ideally within agency settings or vendor environments such as high-end fashion photography studios, post-production houses, or production companies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows across still images, film/video, animation, and radio formats.
- Familiarity with still photography production and live events is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Sheets.
- Professional client-facing communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.

The hourly wage offered ranges from $45 to $55, determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
