Telesales Executive

About the Role

AMB Interio Private Limited is seeking motivated male candidates to join as Telecalling / Telesales Executives in their New Town and Madhyamgram offices. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct at least 300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
• Engage in telecalling and telesales activities to promote products and services.
• Effectively communicate details of company offerings to potential clients.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records through follow-ups.
• Perform data entry tasks and update customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, or English.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry processes.
• Ability to manage CRM data and keep records updated accurately.
• A positive mindset with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
• Open to freshers, with training provided.
