Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and boost sales.
- Drive sales process with effective communication techniques.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 32 years.
- Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Responsible, dedicated, and goal-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be considered an advantage.
