Job Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Delhi-NCR. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our company's products and services, and successfully closing sales. The candidate will manage customer relationships through our CRM and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
- Clearly communicate product details, services, promotions, and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Effectively persuade customers to finalize purchases and achieve sales closures.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested buyers until transactions are confirmed.
- Maintain and update client records and call results in the CRM database.
- Strive to accomplish assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and tact.
- Work closely with the operations department to facilitate proper order fulfillment.
- Ensure all customer data is kept confidential at all times.
