About the Role
A leading company, Kotak, is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have prior telesales experience and strong communication abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone sales efforts to potential customers.
- Identify and generate new leads, effectively converting them into sales opportunities.
- Clearly present and explain product and service offerings to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and consistently follow up on sales leads.
- Meet or surpass daily and monthly sales goals set by the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to comfortably achieve assigned sales targets.
Work Schedule
Shifts are rotational between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹19,000 as part of the overall compensation package.
