About the Role
We are looking for a Telepharmacist to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves reading and comprehending customer prescriptions, assisting with medication inquiries, promoting and selling PharmaEasy products, and performing upselling and cross-selling strategies to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze customer prescriptions accurately.
- Provide support for customer queries related to medicines.
- Promote, sell, and suggest PharmaEasy products effectively.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost sales.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or D.Pharm).
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
- Basic sales ability, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced professionals.
Working Hours and Shift Details
Female candidates will work a 9-hour rotational shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Male candidates will have a 9-hour rotational shift from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Weekly offs will be on a rotational basis.
Compensation
The salary offered for this position is ₹3,00,000 per annum.
