Job Overview

Om Sai Enterprises is seeking a confident and results-driven Telecalling Executive specialized in debt recovery. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan payments, encouraging timely repayments, and managing follow-ups professionally according to company regulations.

Main Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with delayed loan payments.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to recover outstanding amounts.
• Negotiate repayment schedules following company policies.
• Record call outcomes, follow-ups, and payment commitments accurately.
• Address customer inquiries related to pending payments.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Update customer details in the CRM or relevant systems.
• Ensure all calls comply with company and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: Completion of 12th standard; graduates preferred.
• Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, debt collection advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computers including MS Excel and Office.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Goal-driven with a constructive mindset.
