Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Overview

This role combines telecalling responsibilities with computer operation tasks to support lead generation and client servicing. The candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide detailed product or service information, and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both outgoing and incoming telephone communications for generating leads and assisting clients.
• Deliver clear explanations regarding products and services offered by the company.
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars to facilitate customer meetings.
• Conduct follow-up communications via emails and WhatsApp to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
• Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks promptly and maintain daily reports on activities and interactions.
• Support routine office administration duties to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling telephonic communication professionally.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and basic office software usage.
• Experience with CRM systems and routine updating of client records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including correspondence and scheduling efficiently.
• Good organizational and reporting skills to maintain daily operational records.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from 10,000 to 28,000 INR depending on skills and experience.
