Job Overview

This role involves proactive communication with both prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, alongside managing incoming customer inquiries with professionalism. The candidate will promote various jewellery lines, special offers, and seasonal campaigns to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting potential and current customers.
• Manage inbound requests and provide efficient customer support.
• Advocate jewellery collections, promotional deals, and festive campaigns effectively.
• Follow through on customer leads, schedule appointments, and respond to pending queries.
• Arrange showroom visits and collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline customer experience.
• Meet or exceed designated daily and monthly calling and sales conversion objectives.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex problems appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in jewellery retail, high-end retail environments, or roles focused on premium customer service.
• Familiarity with jewellery items including diamonds, gemstones, and gold jewellery would be a strong advantage.
