Role Overview

The Learning Technology Manager will oversee the entire digital learning platform ensuring smooth delivery of courses, webinars, automation workflows, and engagement tools. This role combines technology proficiency, operational management, AI utilization, and coordination to foster superior learner experiences while supporting rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Graphy Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, publishing, pricing, and learner access management.
• Organize and execute live webinars, workshops, and online events using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Graphy live sessions.
• Automate learner journeys, onboarding processes, communications, and feedback mechanisms through platforms such as Zapier or Make.com.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance operational efficiency, generate course material, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing to support course launches, track campaigns, optimize SEO and user experience on course landing pages.
• Provide learner support covering enrollment, access issues, payments, certificates, and engagement monitoring.
• Prepare detailed reports on enrollment, completion, webinars, engagement metrics, platform usage, sales, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient with LMS platforms such as Graphy, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, LearnWorlds, or Moodle.
• Experience in LMS administration, website and landing page maintenance, webinar coordination, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Canva, basic SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and foundational HTML/CSS and API concepts.
• Hands-on expertise with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude for content generation, workflow optimization, and documentation.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, Digital Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in LMS administration, EdTech operations, digital learning, or online course management.
