A distinguished opportunity exists for a seasoned telecommunications leader to spearhead the technical functions within a reputed corporate telecom enterprise in Papua New Guinea. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and enhancement of enterprise managed services.
• Manage telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects such as fibre optics, mobile towers, satellite links, enterprise Wi-Fi, and managed network solutions.
• Provide strategic technical guidance in solution designing, implementation, and service continuity.
• Direct major client engagements including tenders and technical demonstrations.
• Launch new telecom products and integrated connectivity offerings.
• Formulate technical standards, service level agreements, and project execution frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical and pre-sales team.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account management to convert client needs into effective solutions.
• Support creation of technical training programs and customer educational services.
• Contribute to strategic service growth across Pacific regions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven senior leadership in telecommunications, enterprise ICT, or digital infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise in fibre optics, mobile networks, satellite communications, enterprise networking, and managed services.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value telecom infrastructure projects.
• Leadership experience of technical, engineering, pre-sales, or service delivery teams.
• Strong skills in customer interaction, solution architecture, and business acumen.
• Capable of strategic thinking while skillfully handling detailed technical problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities.
