About Sukie's Aviation

Sukie's Aviation Compliance Solutions, LLC. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Records Analyst to join their team. This role supports aircraft maintenance records and compliance efforts, focusing on document accuracy and system management. Candidates with aviation experience are welcome, but training is available for those with strong administrative capabilities.

Key Duties

  • Process and assess aircraft maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Input and update technical records within the company's information systems.
  • Ensure maintenance records meet documentation standards and are properly maintained.
  • Manage and organize both digital and physical records efficiently.
  • Support aircraft maintenance activities by confirming all required paperwork is received and recorded.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff, customers, and team members to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in record audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and generate reports using company databases and tools.
  • Travel as necessary to support projects and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. passport.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and/or AMOS software considered an advantage.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in aviation is beneficial but not mandatory.
