- Incorporate technical management training into broader People Development manager offerings;
- Contribute to resourcing and organizational design decisions as the function evolves;
- Develop trusted partnerships with engineering leadership, TPMs, and tech-support teams, representing People Development within tech communities;
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and People Analytics to align programs with audience needs and measure impact;
- Navigate cross-functional dependencies including legal, communications, compliance, and Learning Management Systems to ensure smooth program operation.
Experience and Qualifications
- Over five years in learning and development, technical program management, or related fields managing complex, cross-functional initiatives;
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning content to technical audiences, with familiarity reviewing code, Git workflows, and building hands-on curricula;
- Strong multi-program management capabilities, including milestone setting, risk management, and agility in uncertain conditions;
- Proven aptitude in building and maintaining relationships with engineering leaders and stakeholders;
- Experience with AI and machine learning educational content, developer enablement, or technical training;

- Mental health support programs;
- Family-building benefits and support;
- Child care and pet care benefits;
- Access to a company-funded Health Care Savings Account;
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with company matching;
- Flexible paid time off allowing employees to take time off as needed with manager approval, in addition to provincial holidays; hourly employees receive 15 paid days off plus an extra day per year of service;
