About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Tortilla Mexican Grill location in Bath on a permanent basis. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with competitive pay up to A312.91 per hour, paid biweekly. Please note this position involves working with sharp knives and preparing hot food in a commercial kitchen, so applicants must be 18 or older due to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Team Member is the welcoming face of Tortilla, whether experienced in food service or new to the sector. Past experience in settings like bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, or fast food chains is valuable but not essential. Most important qualities include eagerness to learn, friendliness, and an outgoing disposition, contributing to our vibrant atmosphere.

Those with experience as Pot Washers, Kitchen Porters, Kitchen Assistants, Prep Chefs, Commis Chefs, or Line Chefs who enjoy behind-the-scenes work in food preparation are also encouraged to apply. Commitment to our #eatfresh philosophy and working with fresh, quality ingredients is essential.
