Team Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a Team Manager for our Berlin store to start at the earliest convenience. This role entails proactive support to the Store Manager, managing the assigned product category, and driving continuous improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager actively in daily operations.
• Steer your area based on key metrics and consistently enhance our KPIs.
• Serve as an ambassador for a specific product category.
• Oversee the product business segment, inspire passion and enthusiasm, and define plus execute action plans.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying growth potential in coordination with Store Manager and HR.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by being present on the sales floor, representing professionalism and utmost customer focus.
• Support organizing customer events.
• Manage employee leadership, scheduling, and development using various HR tools.
• Provide regular reporting and commercial data to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
• Share product knowledge and convey Louis Vuitton’s values in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.

Candidate Profile

• Successful university degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience including initial leadership roles.
• Strong affinity for luxury product sales paired with high customer service dedication.
• Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking aligned with practical execution.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with a results-driven work ethic.
• Enjoys teamwork and jointly pursuing new goals.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
