About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and accountable Team Leader/Operations Head to supervise and guide the entire operations team. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing team performance, directing incoming leads, and ensuring optimal lead conversion rates. The successful candidate will drive the team towards meeting and surpassing targets while enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team effectively.
- Track and evaluate daily team performance.

Candidate Profile

Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 52,000.
