Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Valuations team. This role is vital in supporting the department's growth objectives and sustaining our leadership position in the Irish valuations market. Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and expense processing efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings ensuring surveyors have all required documentation.
- Filter phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage requests professionally.
- Conduct research to support valuation reports, rent review submissions, and presentations.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, tender documents, and handle maps, photos, and related materials for report integration.
- Develop and maintain Excel worksheets used for valuation purposes.
- Draft and update reports and letters, preparing initial versions for review.
- Transcribe various documents including reports, letters, and emails as assigned.
- Support general office administrative functions and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Oversee work lists reflecting current, completed, and upcoming instructions.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure budgetary accuracy, invoicing, and debtor management.
- Assist with reception duties when required.
- Coordinate large-scale valuation projects effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
