About the Role
Adecco is collaborating with a prominent multinational enterprise to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on technology recruitment. This role offers the chance to be part of a cooperative HR team, playing a critical role in attracting premier technology professionals within a fast-evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding specifically for technology roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business partners to fully understand workforce needs and craft strategic hiring plans.
- Lead recruitment initiatives across various countries in Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.
- Source and engage candidates both actively job-seeking and passively via job boards, referrals, networking, social channels, and direct outreach.
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring demands.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently, ensuring outstanding experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Support high-volume and project-driven recruitment activities adhering to tight timelines.
- Coordinate scheduling of interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure smooth recruitment workflow.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide insightful market analysis and recruitment recommendations to guide business decisions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize recruitment procedures and increase hiring success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with a focus on technology roles.
- Prior experience recruiting within the Data Centre sector is highly desirable.
- Track record of managing recruitment across Southeast Asia or the Asia-Pacific region.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle end-to-end recruitment in agency or corporate settings.
- Experience handling high-volume or project-based recruitment in dynamic environments is advantageous.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and business collaboration, establishing strong rapport with hiring managers.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities and working autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools is essential.
- Good grasp of recruitment best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
