About the Company and Role

This opportunity is with a well-established boutique consultancy known for delivering large-scale transformation projects within the Retail, Consumer, Hospitality, and Real Estate industries. Experiencing ongoing growth and increased client demand, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and facilitate recruitment efforts across the United States as well as globally. The position is fully remote, preferring candidates located within the Eastern Time Zone.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates through to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Identify and engage top talent via multiple channels, including professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administer online assessments and assist with panelist coordination.
  • Support onboarding procedures for newly hired employees.
  • Develop inclusive and attractive job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media and career-related content creation.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for candidates at all stages.

Preferred Background and Skills

  • Experience recruiting in professional services, technology transformation, or change management consulting sectors.
  • Valued experience working within agency recruitment settings.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple job openings concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience recruiting for consulting roles such as Program Managers, Business Analysts, Trainers, Change Consultants, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants.
  • Strong ability to manage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Bullhorn or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with a proactive and detail-focused work style.
