Position Description
To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) for our Gummersbach location. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes across four entities in Germany and support both specialist and leadership positions in acquiring talent for white-collar and blue-collar roles. Acting as a trusted advisor for hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently for white-collar and blue-collar roles across four companies within Germany.
- Provide strategic consultancy and support to leadership and hiring managers on recruitment and talent acquisition topics.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract qualified specialists and managers.
- Conduct active sourcing and maintain sustainable talent pools and pipelines.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through transparent processes, professional communication, and respectful candidate engagement.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and encourage cross-location and cross-company cooperation.
- Plan, organize, and lead recruiting events, university fairs, and targeted employer branding activities.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and advancing talent acquisition and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience recruiting for both white-collar and blue-collar target groups.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple sites, business units, or companies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective collaboration with leaders at various hierarchical levels.
- Proven success in building sustainable talent pipelines and active sourcing.
- High degree of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to deliver results.
- Experience in organizing recruiting events and targeted campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Self-initiative, organizational strength, and a structured work style.
