Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Pipeline Manager leads the operational side of Nava's recruiting efforts, managing the efficiency and scalability of the entire hiring process. This role supervises coordinators and sourcers, ensuring swift candidate progression and supporting recruiting teams to achieve successful hiring outcomes. It involves building systems, driving accountability, and optimizing recruiting operations for consistent, repeatable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct operational strategy and daily management of sourcing, coordination, and recruiting support activities.
- Supervise and develop a team of Coordinators and Sourcers to promote clear accountability and high performance.
- Maintain pipeline health and candidate flow aligned with hiring priorities.
- Enhance interviewer capacity through improved scheduling and readiness processes.
- Reduce time-to-fill by optimizing pipeline readiness and recruiting workflows.
- Implement rigorous processes for scheduling, sourcing assistance, candidate progression, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners, hiring leaders, and staffing teams to synchronize pipeline operations with business goals.
- Analyze recruiting data to produce actionable insights and operational improvements.
- Create scalable systems and standards that increase efficiency and improve candidate experience.
- Ensure a superior experience for candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Continuously refine talent acquisition processes via systems thinking and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or related pipeline management roles.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing recruiting support teams including coordinators and sourcers.
- Proven track record of improving hiring operations and pipeline efficiency in dynamic environments.
- Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, recruiters, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and training.
- Expertise in recruiting operations, pipeline management, and staffing workflows.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, and recruiting tools.
- Advanced analytical abilities with experience creating reports and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and sound operational judgment.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech sectors, especially in multi-state settings.
- Background in handling high-volume, complex hiring environments.
- Skills in interviewer capacity planning, workforce planning, and recruiting resource management.
- Experience collaborating with recruiting analytics or talent acquisition data teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Advanced stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
- 8+ years' experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations preferred.
- 4+ years' experience in people management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboard reporting, and forecasting.

- Position is not union-represented.
- Annual salary ranges from $135,000 to $146,000 USD.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required without need for visa sponsorship.
