About the Role
At Stena Line, a leading sustainable shipping company, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Glasgow. This role involves recruiting a diverse range of skilled professionals across the UK and Ireland, from maritime operational crew to specialist positions, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of Stena Line. Our recruitment approach focuses on delivering excellent candidate experiences, supporting hiring managers, and embedding our core values of being welcoming, caring, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse internal and external job campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to provide tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and select candidates effectively.
- Complete recruitment activities within agreed timelines, adhering to legislation and company policies.
- Verify applicants' qualifications and maritime certifications where needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and with external recruitment partners.
- Create compelling recruitment advertisements and support employer branding, identifying optimal recruitment channels.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function, managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Knowledge or experience within maritime, marine, shipping, offshore, or crewing recruitment, including maritime certification processes, is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary assignment of 10 months based in our Glasgow office within the Talent Acquisition department. Applications must be submitted in English by 10th August 2026. We do not accept recruitment agency approaches for this position.
