Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Port.io plays a key role in recruiting top talent within the B2B SaaS sector, exemplifying a high standard both in candidate quality and recruitment processes. This position demands dedication to the craft of recruiting and ownership of the full hiring cycle.
Location: Boston, Austin, or Palo Alto (onsite with 3 days per week in the office).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate profiles, role necessities, and market realities.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines ahead of hiring needs through innovative outreach and deep understanding of the talent market.
- Execute a thorough and respectful hiring process with structured interviews, transparent feedback, and consistent candidate communication.
- Craft compelling candidate experiences that generate enthusiasm for Port.io, regardless of hiring outcome.
- Monitor the competitive GTM talent landscape to anticipate movements, identify high-caliber candidates, and inform recruitment strategies.
- Advocate Port.io's employer brand throughout all recruitment interactions from initial outreach to final offer negotiations.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work onsite at one of the specified locations (Boston/Austin/Palo Alto) with a minimum of 3 days in office weekly.
- Up to 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience within SaaS or fast-paced technology companies, preferably within global recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated versatility in managing hires across various business functions and complex recruitment scenarios.
- Strong aptitude for partnering with business leaders—building trust, influencing decision-making, and confidently navigating ambiguous environments.
- Exhibits high intellect, curiosity, and agility in learning to quickly grasp organizational and talent dynamics.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing methods for identifying and engaging exceptional talent beyond reactive pipeline management.
