Role Overview
Everest Industries is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own hiring operations across multiple business and corporate functions. This role will oversee recruitment for corporate teams, manufacturing plants, engineering, R&D, sales, IT, finance, and leadership positions while partnering with business leaders to plan workforce needs and strengthen hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full recruitment process for a wide range of functions, from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Lead and coach a team of 4 recruiters so hiring goals and recruitment KPIs are consistently met.
- Work with business heads on manpower planning, hiring priorities, and recruitment budgets.
- Source candidates using professional networks, job portals, referral programs, direct search, and external search partners.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and repeat-hire roles to support business continuity.
- Manage leadership and specialized hiring across different business areas.
- Track key hiring measures such as turnaround time, offer acceptance and joining ratios, sourcing effectiveness, and early attrition.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and share hiring insights with senior management.
- Maintain recruitment governance, policy adherence, ATS accuracy, and background verification processes.
- Improve employer branding and candidate journey through strong hiring practices.
- Coordinate closely with Plant HR and stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Identify process improvements, reduce hiring costs, and continuously upgrade recruitment quality.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing hiring, with preference for building materials, EPC, or similar industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of talent sourcing methods, including social networks, professional communities, and internal talent databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
