Support Staff - Busser

Job Overview

We seek a dependable Busser to help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in our restaurant. The successful candidate will support the dining experience by clearing and resetting tables, assisting wait staff, and performing general cleaning duties. While no formal qualifications are necessary, previous hospitality or catering experience is advantageous. Training will be provided to motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly after patrons leave by removing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Transport soiled items to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Reset tables with fresh place settings for incoming guests.
• Support wait staff by delivering food to tables when required.
• Carry out cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and disposing of trash.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Preferably, experience in bussing, serving food, dishwashing, or cleaning roles.
• Competence in mopping and stocking supplies.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage of $9.98 plus tips.
