Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage and enhance our purchase order processes for networking hardware. This pivotal full-time onsite role in Denver demands a leader with a combination of strategic insight, procurement experience, and strong analytical capabilities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality across our supply chain. You will be instrumental in supporting Crusoe’s networking services success by streamlining operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware, including sourcing, obtaining approvals, executing orders, and ensuring final delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate delays, speed up approval steps, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
• Utilize Coupa procurement software and advanced Excel tools to track supply chain metrics, develop dashboards, and provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Oversee hardware warranty management for data center networking and compute infrastructure, handling multi-vendor warranty entitlements and renewals.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to synchronize demand forecasts, validate specifications, and enforce compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within the energy industry or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Proven success in managing complex global supply chains, vendor onboarding, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data modeling and dashboard creation, and practical experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Jira.

• Salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
