Supply Chain Analyst

Role Overview

This position involves overseeing processes crucial to effective supply chain management and demand planning within a multi-cultural business environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with key accounts, accurate forecast communication, and managing supply and demand discrepancies for seamless operational flow.

Core Duties

• Coordinate the weekly Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process with major clients.
• Prepare and share weekly forecasts covering both Sell-in and Sell-out quantities.
• Maintain accurate order administration in the SAP ERP system.
• Detect and address discrepancies in the demand and supply forecasts.
• Lead weekly internal meetings to recap Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) progress and challenges.
• Engage daily in resolving S&OP escalations.
• Oversee supply chain workflows with focus on channel risk and shipment efficiency.
• Confidently deliver presentations and foster consensus among internal teams and external partners.
• Adhere to additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in demand planning methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities to analyze and resolve supply chain issues.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Experience working effectively within diverse and international work cultures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role is set at $32.13. This non-exempt role qualifies for overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly wage beyond 40 hours per week as per legal requirements.
