Overview
This role offers an excellent chance to enhance your career by coordinating Trade Contractors across various Navy assets in a dynamic and high-output maintenance environment. The position supports the long-term sustainment and asset management for the Royal Australian Navy and involves working closely with a dedicated team that contributes to the operational readiness of naval vessels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of Trade Contractors engaged with Navy assets.
- Support operations to maintain and sustain maritime capability for the Australian Defence Force.
- Contribute to a highly productive maintenance environment across multiple naval platforms.
About You
- A solid trade qualification or similar maintenance experience, preferably with Defence or maritime industry exposure.
- Proven ability to coordinate a variety of trade disciplines effectively on-site.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Good administrative capabilities combined with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a "can-do" approach is essential.
Requirements
- Must hold Australian citizenship and be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance relevant to the role.
- Possess a relevant trade or maintenance background.
- Experience or keen interest in the Marine or Defence sectors is highly desirable.
- Hold, or be willing to acquire, a General Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Additional Information
