Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Studio Coordinator to oversee daily studio operations. This dynamic role requires a hands-on individual who ensures smooth functionality and readiness of studio spaces, equipment, and tools, supporting production and IT needs in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity suits someone early in their career eager to own responsibilities and support multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main support contact for studio operations, keeping spaces tidy, functional, and production-ready.
- Set up and diagnose issues with monitors, workstations, peripherals, and camera gear.
- Provide basic IT assistance across Mac and PC platforms, including installation and troubleshooting of hardware.
- Maintain studio inventory, including cables, adapters, tools, and equipment.
- Organize and label physical assets for efficient storage and access.
- Support production teams during shoot setup, teardown, and logistical tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams to fulfill daily operational requirements, offering quick fixes and managing larger tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify problems and resolve them with minimal supervision.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates initiative by anticipating tasks and acting without prompting.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities across IT, production, and studio functions without becoming overwhelmed.
- Physically capable and comfortable handling setup, equipment movement, cleaning, organizing, and troubleshooting.
- Confident in delivering support across diverse functional areas including IT, production logistics, and studio maintenance.
- Service-minded, willing to assist all team members with tasks large and small.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, maintaining order within studio spaces, tools, and inventory while working efficiently.
- Resourceful, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about hands-on exposure to various business areas.
- Strong familiarity with physical IT setups such as monitors, screen resolutions, and connectivity standards.
- Knowledgeable about cables and hardware interfaces including HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, and similar.
- Experienced with both Mac and PC systems and comfortable troubleshooting hardware and basic technical issues.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment while sustaining studio organization.

- Previous experience in studio or production settings.
- Knowledge of camera equipment and on-set operational support.
- Exposure to creative agencies or production environments.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with placement based on internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the position. Applications from candidates with expectations outside this range are still welcomed.
