Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present complex strategies and solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring they are clear, target-specific, and add genuine value.
• Understand clients’ unique requirements to collaboratively pursue their vision and design feasible, customized solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to support your insights while keeping abreast of future trends to ensure innovative approaches.
• Utilize creativity and communication skills to address client challenges, including facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technology from a reputable university with excellent academic performance.
• Initial experience in consulting, preferably related to digital transformation.
• Passion for digitalization and a drive to create meaningful societal impact.
• Strong willingness to learn, ability to work independently, and sound analytical skills.
• Value team cohesion and trust, supporting colleagues alongside pursuing personal success.
• Readiness to take responsibility and step outside your comfort zone, with full support provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from 55,000 to 66,000 EUR per annum, including variable components and benefits tailored to experience.
