About the Company and Role

IIQAF Group, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates in the hospital and healthcare sector. We are looking for a diligent and methodical Storekeeper to join our hospital supply chain team. This full-time position involves managing inventory, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables while overseeing warehouse operations to ensure precise stock control, timely distribution, and adherence to healthcare inventory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain precise inventory records utilizing inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Track stock levels and coordinate timely restocking of medical and non-medical items.
• Distribute materials, medications, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments based on authorized requests.
• Perform regular inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and cycle counts to confirm accuracy.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage requirements for pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) inventory methods.
• Work closely with procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and logistics teams to guarantee uninterrupted supply availability.
• Prepare goods receipt notes, delivery notes, stock issue vouchers, and inventory reports.
• Keep warehouse areas organized with proper labeling of all inventory items.
• Identify damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and coordinate appropriate disposal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security in the store and warehouse.
• Contribute to process improvements for enhanced inventory management and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience in roles such as Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, Materials Coordinator, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, Stores Officer, or Inventory Coordinator.
• Exposure to hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, medical distributors, or healthcare warehouses is strongly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, materials management, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
