Store Person - Killorglin

About The Role

Kinisla Agribusiness is inviting applications for a full-time Store Person position at their Killorglin, Co. Kerry location. This is a permanent role with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday through Friday and 08:30 to 12:00 on Saturdays. The role offers a diverse range of daily challenges including customer assistance, stock management, and various store duties, supported by both the local and broader company teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and respond to product inquiries both in person and by phone, including cash handling.
• Merchandise store and yard products effectively.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of customer data.
• Manage stock deliveries and maintain inventory records using Oracle system.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Operate forklift for loading and unloading of items such as animal feeds and fertilizers.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide support to the store manager and team members as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles such as warehouse operative, forklift driver, or stock controller is advantageous. Familiarity with the agricultural sector is a plus. Comprehensive training will be provided covering product handling, forklift operation, manual handling, and chemical safety protocols.
