About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily store functions in Bengaluru. This position involves steering all aspects of store operations to ensure optimal performance, including sales growth, inventory control, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all facets of store operations to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Provide exemplary customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Maintain attractive and effective visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure all store activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree is essential.
- Proven experience in retail leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to manage store operations successfully.
