Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, leading a team to provide an exceptional luxury retail experience while achieving sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and inspire sales associates to consistently deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience and meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
• Handle the daily management of store functions including inventory oversight, staff management, work scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at events, product launches, and community engagements; partner with regional leadership on marketing and strategic business development.
• Uphold the brand’s standards in product display, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in luxury men's fashion retail environments.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, specifically with VIP clientele.
• Proven capability in leadership with a track record of motivating and developing a diverse sales team.
