Store Keeper - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Store Keeper to oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of pharmaceutical materials and products. This role involves ensuring adherence to company policies as well as regulatory standards.

Key Duties

• Accept, inspect, and log incoming pharmaceutical products and materials.
• Store inventory following GMP guidelines, using FEFO/FIFO methods and company protocols.
• Distribute materials to production and other departments based on authorized requests.
• Keep precise inventory records and update them in the ERP or inventory system.
• Perform periodic stock counts and resolve any inventory inconsistencies.
• Keep track of stock quantities and work with procurement to arrange replenishment.
• Compile reports concerning inventory and stock movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, QA, QC, and production teams to maintain efficient operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, or similar disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably within pharmaceutical settings.
• Familiarity with GMP, FEFO/FIFO inventory handling methods, and inventory control processes.
• Proficient in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalents, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
