About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated team member eager to grow through commitment and hard work as a Store Incharge. This position requires managing various store operations and ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage counter sales effectively.
- Verify that samples correspond accurately to available stock and handle creation or repair of samples.
- Perform data entry for merchandise tracking.
- Monitor daily stock requirements and maintain updated inventory records.
- Handle receiving, sending deliveries, and manage packing or unpacking of stock.
- Welcome and assist customers during visits, recommending suitable upselling options.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven prior experience in sales is essential.
- Flexibility to undertake field visits as necessary.
- Proficient in organizational tools such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Capability to lift weights of 23 kilograms or more, aligned with industry needs.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Ability to function efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the store.
